Hi guys!
As you might know, I’m a huge coffee addict and love cafe hunting in Korea. There are so many cute and aesthetically pleasing coffee places, which I want to introduce you to! Lately I went to a cafe, that has been on my bucket list for a while: The Piola.
The Piola is a flower shop and cafe combined. It’s located nearby Dongdaemun Plaza (DDP). While sitting in the cafe and enjoying your coffee, you’re surrounded by plants, flowers and beautiful bouquets. Since it’s a flower shop you can also buy them on the spot if you want to! A bouquet is around 20.000 Won, a small plant costs under 10.000 Won.
They’re offering a signature menu with strawberries as the main ingredient – such as a strawberry latte, toast, milk tea and yoghurt. I decided to get the strawberry latte, toast and my friend got the pink vienna coffee from their pink edition menu.
Besides the Instagram worthy aesthetic of the menu, it tasted actually very good! The toast however was literally just a toast with cream cheese and strawberry jam, so don’t expect too much about it. At least it looks cute, am I right?
If you’re searching for a unique cafe with cute aesthetics, I can recommend to visit this one! Although we had to wait for our order a bit, it was worth visiting it. Especially the flowers and interior is gave me all the good vibes, that I expect from a cafe.
Is this cafe worth to put on your bucket list? Let me know in the comments!
