Hi guys!
If you follow me for a while, you probably know that I’m quite the bubble tea addict. So why not share my favorite locations with you?
#1 Teamate (Düsseldorf)
One of them is Teamate, located on the Immermannstrasse nearby the main station in Düsseldorf. The bubble tea smell and the K-Pop played here gets me excited every time.

You have a large variety to choose from – milk teas, smoothies, pure tea and latte. At Teatmate you can choose how much sugar you want in your bubble tea (and I always tend to get less, because bubble tea with 100% sugar is way too sweet for my liking!). Also, you can choose your topping – they have flavored boba types like mango and strawberry or the classic tapioca. I always get my beloved green milk tea with 25% sugar and tapioca!
My tipp: Come here during the weekdays or in the evening if you want to avoid long waiting! On the other hand – if you come here on the weekend and the weather is nice – there’s a big chance that there are a lot of K-Pop lovers hanging out, sometimes doing dance covers in front of the store! So that’s lovely to watch.
Also: Teamate openend a second store in Düsseldorf as well – it’s a bigger location and the waiting line isn’t as crazy. Both stores don’t have any restrooms, so it’s more for take away or maybe you’re lucky and get one of the few seats inside.
Adress:
- Teamate, Immermannstraße 65C, 40210 Düsseldorf (nearby mainstation)
- Teamate, Mutter-Ey-Str. 5, 40213 Düsseldorf (Altstadt)
It’s open from 9:00 – 21:00 everyday.
#2 Fei Chic (Düsseldorf, Cologne)
Ok, ok – if you’re not so much into waiting and take-away-bubble tea, we can also go to another bubble tea spot! And it’s a very instagram worthy one – I promise! Ever heard of Fei Chic? No? Then let’s check it out together!
The bubble teas and smoothies here are very fancy looking and also a bit more expensive, but so worth it! Unfortunately you can’t individualize it as much as at Teamate’s e.g. you can only take a half sugar and you don’t have any topping options, but I don’t think that’s a big deal.

As soon as you step inside Fei Chic, you know what I mean by “Instagram worthy” – everything is pink and very aesthetically pleasing! After you order your bubble tea and get your waiting number, you can go further back through the store and you’ll find a paradise in white – white walls, white floor, white decor and interior. Perfect to take cool photos (not gonna lie, I’ve taken dozens of photos here already! Also the light is very nice).
My tipp: Fei Chic is a nice location if you want to drink your bubble tea a bit more relaxed, sit down and have a chat with your friend. Sometimes people come here to work or learn and sit here with their laptops as well. Fei Chic is also opening a second location in Cologne soon, I’ll be checking that one out as well for sure!
Adress: Fei Chic, Oststraße 147, 40210 Düsseldorf
It’s open from 12:00 – 22:00 every day.
#3 Pao Pao (Berlin)
When I’ve visited Berlin a few weeks ago, I had Pao Pao on my bucket list – for a good reason! I’ve seen a lot of pictures of the store on Instagram and wanted to check it out immediately.
This bubble tea location is quite small, but has such a cute decor! Everything is black & pink (hello, my aesthetic) and the Maneki Neko Wall is a true highlight. There aren’t as many seats in here and also no restroom, so it’s more meant to be for take away orders.
They have a few options on the menu, but you can’t choose if you want less sugar or not. So the bubble tea turned out to be slightly sweeter than I’m used to. But it was delicious nonetheless! Next time I’d love to try their signature drinks as well.
Adress: Pao Pao Modern Tea, Rosenthaler Str. 66, 10119 Berlin
It’s open from 13:00 – 21:00 (Monday – Thursday) & 13:00 – 22:00 (Friday, Saturday).
Do you like bubble tea as much as I do? Let me know in the comments❤
